Simon Flanagan

Simon Flanagan is a biochemist who has worked in numerous sectors of the food industry before joining RSSL 14 years ago, holding both managerial and technical roles. He owns a broad knowledge of biological & chemical contaminants and is a qualified HACCP practitioner consulting for the RSSL business. Recognised as a global expert on food allergy & allergens representing toxicology for MEU & World-Wide HACCP team, he is also member of numerous professional bodies and industry groups & published several articles in peer reviewed journals and a reference book in 2014. Awarded technical leadership award in 2014 for contributions to food safety.
