Corporate Toxicologist at General Mills

Neil Buck is the Corporate Toxicologist for the global food company General Mills Inc whose products span cereals, snacks, bakery, packaged meals, yoghurt and ice cream. He is engaged in the application of emerging approaches to ensure the consumer is best protected via supply chain management and labelling. Following a PhD in additive risk assessment his career in toxicology and regulatory affairs has been predominantly focused on food innovation and supply chain safety. Neil is the Chair of Food Contaminants Task Force of ILSI Europe.
