Maxence Oboeuf
Maxence Oboeuf is a Food Safety & Toxicology Scientist at Danone. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Master’s degree in Toxicology, and is a member of the French society of Toxicology. He has over ten years of experience in chemical risk assessment across diverse industries, including medical devices, cosmetics, and food. Since joining Danone in 2020, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s global food safety strategy and led the transformation of the approach to define raw materials specifications. His work spans risk assessments of chemical contaminants and food contact materials, development of self-assessment tools, regulatory and scientific monitoring, and cross-functional support for innovation and crisis management.
