Andrea Colafranceschi
Andrea joined ILSI Europe in September 2022. He works in the management of EU-funded proposals and projects. He is currently active in supporting the coordination of the TITAN project and acting as Grant Holder Manager of the COST Action Acryred.
He holds a master’s degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata with a thesis on Environmental Crime and corporate responsibility.
Previously, he worked for an Italian consulting company, in EU and National funded projects in the energy and water sectors, dealing in particular with smart grids, energy community, water treatment plants and aqueducts. In Rome, he founded a local NGO active in participatory processes for urban regeneration in a working-class neighborhood; in this role, in 2022, he coordinated one of the main urban regeneration project in Italy called Living Tower.
